- Due to force majeure (such as war, strikes, or severe weather) or special circumstances like flight delays or cancellations by airlines, the travel agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary and to charge any additional costs incurred due to such changes.
- Visa approval is not determined by the travel agency. If a guest is unable to travel due to visa issues, they must bear the corresponding costs themselves, and the company assumes no responsibility.
- Children aged 12 and above are charged the same price as adults.

All participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance. - According to European regulations, drivers/guides may not work more than 10 hours per day (including meals and sightseeing time).Overtime will be charged at €100 per hour.
- The final itinerary, attractions, and accommodations are subject to the guide’s arrangements. The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to road conditions, weather, or other special circumstances.
- This quotation is based on standard pricing. In case of exhibitions or major public events causing hotel rate increases, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
Hotel rooms and beds in EU countries are generally smaller; twin rooms typically have two single beds of approximately 1 meter each. - Optional activities should be selected based on the traveler’s physical condition. Please register and book in advance. Once confirmed and paid, cancellations for non-operational reasons are non-refundable.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into EU countries.
- Canadian passport holders are visa-exempt, while Chinese passport holders must apply for a Schengen visa.Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own documents and belongings. The company, drivers, and guides are not liable for any loss or theft under any circumstances.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the company will notify customers 30 days prior to departure and issue a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.
