Booking Information
To ensure smooth travel arrangements, we recommend that you complete your booking with your travel advisor as early as possible. Fungo Holiday reserves the right to accept or decline late bookings based on actual circumstances. Bookings made after the specified deadline may incur additional charges, including but not limited to administrative fees, express courier or delivery charges, supplier late payment surcharges, and other operational costs resulting from late booking.
Deposit Policy
A deposit per traveler is required to confirm your booking. The amount will be specified in the relevant itinerary brochure, flyer, or booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the deposit, Fungo Holiday will issue a formal itinerary confirmation along with trip details. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Final Payment & Travel Documents
All remaining balances must be paid in full by the deadline specified in the itinerary brochure, flyer, or booking confirmation. If no deadline is specified, full payment for group tours is required no later than 60 days prior to departure (90 days for cruise itineraries). Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation, and deposits will not be refunded. Bookings made after the final payment deadline require full payment at the time of booking. Travel documents, including tickets and itinerary, will be issued after full payment is received. Please review all documents immediately upon receipt and contact your travel advisor promptly if there are any discrepancies.
Package Price Inclusions
All land arrangements in travel packages must be purchased together with the designated airfare arranged by Fungo Holiday and cannot be purchased separately. Unless otherwise stated, outbound tour prices are quoted in USD . Additional surcharges may apply during peak seasons, holidays, or special events. Prices may also fluctuate due to exchange rate changes. We strongly recommend confirming the total package price with your travel advisor before booking. Inclusions vary by package—please refer to the relevant brochure or flyer for details.
Package Price Exclusions
Unless otherwise specified, package prices do not include airport taxes, departure taxes, airport improvement fees, city taxes, other applicable travel taxes, travel and baggage insurance, passport and visa fees, excess baggage charges, meals not specified in the itinerary, and all personal expenses. Personal expenses include, but are not limited to, laundry services, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone charges, optional tours, and gratuities for guides, drivers, restaurant staff, and hotel staff (e.g., housekeeping).
Price Guarantee Policy
All quoted prices, including packages, cruises, and airfares, are subject to change without prior notice—even after deposit payment. Prices are only guaranteed once full payment has been received by Fungo Holiday.
Air Transportation
Unless otherwise specified, airfare is based on round-trip economy class and subject to International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations and airline policies. Some routes may have stopover restrictions. Tickets may include conditions such as validity periods, expiry dates, and rules for cancellations, changes, or reissuance, which will be explained at the time of booking and reflected on your invoice. All fares are for reference only and based on rates at the time of publication; changes may occur without notice.
Land Arrangements Pricing
Prices for land arrangements listed in brochures or flyers are based on taxes, costs, and exchange rates at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Included services (such as hotel accommodations based on double occupancy, local guided tours in specified languages, transfers, baggage handling, meals, and transportation) are subject to the final itinerary and may change due to weather or local conditions.
Extension Stay Pricing
Prices listed for extended stays are for reference only and subject to change without notice. Please consult your travel advisor for the most up-to-date pricing.
Your Responsibilities
Travel Documents
You are responsible for holding a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond your planned return date. Some destinations may have additional entry requirements, including visas, health certificates, or vaccination records. You must obtain and carry all required documents and comply with all entry, exit, health, and vaccination regulations of the countries visited.
Visa, Health & Vaccination Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all visa, entry, health, and vaccination requirements. Fungo Holiday is not liable for any consequences resulting from failure to meet these requirements.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Insurance helps protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, interruptions, lost baggage, and medical emergencies. Please consult your travel advisor for details. Ensure you have adequate coverage before departure.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your trip for any reason (including medical or family emergencies), cancellation fees will apply as specified in the itinerary materials or booking confirmation.
Cruise bookings follow separate cancellation policies depending on the cruise line and departure date.
Important Notes
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Bookings are non-transferable. Name or departure date changes are treated as cancellations.
- Refunds (less applicable fees) must be requested within 7 days of cancellation.
- No refunds for unused services after departure.
- All refunds are subject to supplier approval.
Changes & Cancellations by the Company
Fungo Holiday reserves the right to cancel any itinerary or refuse participation for reasons including safety, health, or operational concerns. Refunds will be limited to recoverable amounts only.
We may substitute hotels of similar standard or adjust itineraries due to operational needs, safety, or other considerations. Additional costs arising from such changes are the traveler’s responsibility.
Conduct & Participation
Participants must not disrupt group harmony. Misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund. Smoking is prohibited on most transportation and in many hotels. Violations may lead to removal without refund.
Airlines enforce zero tolerance for disruptive behavior. Denied boarding or removal due to misconduct is the traveler’s responsibility, with no refunds for unused services.
Baggage
Fungo Holiday is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage. Baggage allowances are set by airlines. Any excess or oversized baggage fees are the traveler’s responsibility.
Liability Disclaimer
Fungo Holiday acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines). We are not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by these providers or by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of a deposit or any portion of the trip constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All disputes are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and must be resolved in its courts.
